Episode #337 - storytelling, the passing of Dave Smith, and changes to legislation

Overview:  I’ve got a couple of personal tales to tell along the way - about a trivia contest I was in, and a friend’s question about a birthday celebration.  Then, I talk a little about Dave Smith and his recent passing, and some proposed changes to state legislation that could impact Walt Disney world.

Notes: IMHO Dave Smith was a Disney ledgend for the way he preserved history.

Of course, you can learn more about the history of Disney’s relationship with the state in my video series: lost and found in WDW!

Episode #336 -Soundsation at the Disney MGM Studios

Overview:  Back in 1989, the Disney MGM Studios opened as a real working movie studio. They let us in on some movie making secrets and featured some cool little shows that showed how things work. Soundsation was a booth where you could hear Holophonic sound. I explore the history and play the audio for you.

Notes: This was a simple pleasure. So technically simple, yet very powerful in its presentation.
